The negotiations, commenced on 1 August, were conducted over a period of more than three months with the shared objective of improving working conditions for our employees. Throughout this journey, all issues outlined in the Collective Agreement Proposal submitted by the Trade Unions were thoroughly deliberated, culminating in a mutually agreed resolution.
The discussions resulted in agreements to enhance Base salary, Overtime, and Night shift allowances, along with other significant adjustments and highlighting improvements. While the exact impact will vary depending on factors such as work location, roster, and conditions, it will have a positive effect on all employees. We would like to emphasize that the parties have successfully reached mutually beneficial solutions that address employees' pressing concerns while supporting the company’s long-term sustainable operations.
With the negotiation process now complete, the finalized agreement will be signed by the parties tomorrow, 21 November. It will then be reviewed by the relevant regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, following which it will be formally ratified. Upon ratification, the designated teams will begin the necessary preparations for the implementation of the Collective Agreement, including adjustments to the timesheet logging and payroll systems. Therefore, we believe that our employees recognize that the full implementation of the agreement will require a significant amount of time.
Detailed information regarding the outcomes and improvements introduced through the Collective Agreement will be communicated to our employees in further planned stages.
