We are providing you with an update on the progress of the collective agreement negotiations. The negotiations reconvened on 23 August, with representatives from all parties attending a joint training session on effectively conducting the negotiations. 

Subsequently, on 26 and 27 of August, the representatives convened to discuss and finalize the “Ground Rules” and the guidelines for disseminating joint announcements necessary for conducting the collective agreement negotiations effectively and within the legal framework. 

This is a crucial step in addressing critical issues and ensuring that the collective agreement negotiations are conducted efficiently while respecting the needs and values of all parties involved. We will continue to keep you informed of any further developments in the negotiation process.
