We are pleased to announce the commencement of the collective agreement negotiations, which began today, 1 August 2024. Originally scheduled for 7 August, the date was advanced with the agreement of all parties, underscoring our commitment to flexibility and mutual respect of all parties involved. Today, representatives from the trade union committees and the employer held the initial meeting for the collective agreement negotiation. During this meeting, we exchanged views on the expected outcomes of the negotiations and reached the following agreements on our next important steps.

• The parties have agreed to adjourn the collective agreement negotiations until 23 August 2024, to ensure the full participation of all three parties. We understand that our employees have been awaiting progress in the negotiations, and we appreciate your patience as we ensure that all voices are represented.
• The collective negotiation will reconvene from 23 August 2024, and the Parties will discuss the draft of Collective agreement that was provided by the Trade union committees. Open communication is our priority throughout this process. Therefore, we will keep you updated on the progress of the negotiations and any significant developments.
