We are providing an update on the progress of the Collective Agreement negotiations. This week, the negotiation representatives continued discussions, during which the Trade Union Committees presented a detailed proposal consisting of 11 sections and 168 provisions, and both parties jointly completed a clarification session on various aspects of this proposal. This step is crucial in building a shared understanding of the proposal, which focuses on improving working conditions and addressing employee social issues, thus laying a strong foundation for more productive negotiations.

The representatives have agreed to resume discussions next week, with relevant departments scheduled to present key information on business overview and situation.
