On 3 September, during the continuation of the collective negotiations, representatives discussed and agreed on the use and sharing of information that will be presented by the parties as part of the negotiations.

Additionally, the parties agreed to expand the negotiation team to include not only representatives from Oyu Tolgoi LLC and the Trade Union Committees but also one representative each from the “Southgobi Province” Trade Union and the “Energy, Geology, and Mining” Trade Union. These representatives will participate as observers and provide advisory support. The inclusion of external representatives marks a significant step forward, allowing us to draw on broader collective negotiation experience within the mining sector and benefit from the professional and technical guidance of these observers.  

Collective negotiation meetings are ongoing according to the scheduled timeline.
