We are providing an update on the progress of the Collective Agreement negotiations. This week, the representatives reviewed key information regarding the company’s overall business outlook, current financial and operational status. At the request of the trade unions, the responsible teams also presented the following details, in compliance with the requirements of the Labor Law: 

 

  • Salary calculation methods, 

  • Time sheet management system, 

  • Annual performance bonuses, 

  • Work performance evaluations, 

  • Progress on labor condition assessments etc.

By sharing this data, the representatives involved in the negotiations have achieved a shared understanding, which is essential for continuing productive negotiations. In the meetings scheduled for next week, representatives will begin detailed discussions on each party's proposals, covering the 11 chapters and 168 provisions of the Collective Agreement.
