Negotiation representatives concentrated on defining the agreement's duration and scope to ensure its sustainable implementation. With a mutual understanding reached on these foundational principles, discussions have now progressed to the topic of wages and salaries.

Duration of the Collective Agreement:
- A proposal was put forward to set the collective agreement for a three-year term, with the option to review and adjust salary-related issues annually, and to initiate the next collective agreement as required by law.
Applicability of the Collective Agreement:
- The agreement should be limited to trade union members.
- Alternatively, specific provisions could be included in the collective agreement that apply only to union members.

Employer's Proposal

Duration of the Collective Agreement:
- The company proposed a three-year agreement in accordance with the law. Furthermore, it suggested no changes to the agreement unless legally required for major modifications.
Applicability of the Collective Agreement:
- The Collective agreement should apply equally to all employees of "Oyu Tolgoi" LLC, ensuring that every employee is covered.
