We would like to assure our employees that Collective Agreement negotiations are actively continuing, focusing on the important matters of employees' salary, wages, and other related topics. Last week, the representatives began in-depth discussions regarding proposals for base salary, bonus, and leave policies. The employer presented a package proposal based on the Collective Agreement proposal submitted by the Trade Union committees, fostering a collaborative exchange of each party's positions, justifications, and circumstances. Unfortunately, due to significant discrepancies in proposals concerning the base salary, we found ourselves in a situation where reaching a mutual agreement was challenging.

However, this week, all parties are continuing the negotiation meetings, recognising the potential risks of delays in delivering the Collective Agreement benefits for our valued employees. Both sides are committed to reassessing their positions to reach a mutual understanding and develop effective solutions.  

As we navigate through numerous proposals within the framework of the Collective Agreement proposal, the parties are thoroughly reviewing each item to ensure a thorough examination of employees' conditions, current policies, systems, projects, as well as relevant legal regulations and best practices. We acknowledge that this process requires significant time, and we appreciate our colleagues' patience and understanding as we strive for a comprehensive resolution.
