Following a two-day adjournment, discussions resumed this week, during which the joint decision of the trade unions on the base salary increase proposal was presented. While the parties maintain significantly differing stances on this matter, we all are committed to working toward a mutual resolution with dedication.

The parties share a unified aim of delivering the benefits agreed upon within the Collective Agreement to employees as promptly as feasible. To achieve this, efforts are being made to collectively review and reach settlement on any remaining provisions in the Collective Agreement proposals that have not yet been addressed.

Additionally, we reaffirm that the implementation of the "Cash Generation Project” across the business will not impact the Collective Agreement negotiation process or its outcomes.
